Pearl is firm but fair, and charges herself with training Steven and Connie in the ways of Combat. She has trained other Disciples over the millennia since the Diamond War, and she believes that Steven and Connie might be her best pupils yet.
She cares for Steven and Connie immensely, and wants nothing more than for them to carry out White Diamond's will.
Unlike Garnet and Amethyst, Pearl takes her training VERY seriously.
