And now for something completely different, I’ve been working on a fantasy series behind the scenes for many years now and I think I’m finally nearing the stage where I can share some of it with the exclusive club that is my Patreon page. Comparing imperium “tech” to G.U. “tech” is like comparing apples to oranges, the imperium has far more capabilities than the G.U. let’s put it that way. They out gun and out run them in every way. most probably yes 👍🏻 I’d say yes to that too, she no doubt spreads a psionic impression of fear onto a target population to scramble them and make them less effective, like some lovecraftian eldrich horror. I think the main reason is apprehension about what opening that Pandora’s box might bring, another is perhaps it’s extremely hard to get the conditions for artificial super intelligence just right.

Do you think the All-Mother sends out spies to inhabited worlds it can't conquer yet to limit their technological progress so they are easier to destroy when AM gets around to it? Do you think AM uses psionic influence to dull the brains of other factions to make them easier to conquer? Something like that might be possible because she is probably the most psionically powerful entity in known space. Also why haven't any other species other than the Yarkeen developed Artificial Super Intelligence?
