The best part about this book being funded by you lovely people is that I don’t have the deadlines I would have if I was employed by a publisher. There isn’t anyone looking over my shoulder forcing me to cut corners for the sake of time, I’m able to take the time to produce the best possible book that I can and I’m so grateful to you for that.

Again though, sorry about the wait, but I’m sure you can see that I put down a whole lot of marks for this page. The colours won’t take nearly as long as a the layouts and the line-work, so the coloured page will likely be up on Patreon by tomorrow night. The colours are really going to make this pop I feel.

Oh absolutely, I take no offence at all, I’m well aware of that. If anything Humanity Lost should serve as an inspirational project for new and aspiring artists who want to get into Comics, it will show them that an artist doesn’t come into the scene fully formed and that you really have to work at it to get better, like all things really. I’d actually be really interested in doing a “revamp” and if there is the interest/demand there once I’ve finished HL, then I will! Heh cheers, Richard 😁 I appreciate it mate.

You've done substantially well. I looked back on Vol. 1 and there's a night and day difference in the quality. Not to suggest that Vol. 1 is not awesome - it is. I can just see where the dedication to the craft has delivered you, and it excites me. It's one of the reasons why I'm a patron! That being said, I wonder what a "revamp" of Vol. 1 to your more honed skills would look like. I'm not sure what the protocol is for that, or if publishers like to see that kind of transition. I personally find it pretty cool, but I'm biased lol.

Love the variety in layout and action design

“What’s in the boxxxx”, the anticipation must be killing you 😂. Thanks so much, Richard! Ive really been pushing myself these past few pages to see what I can produce at my current skill level.

WHAT'S IN THE TUUUUBE? The extent of your visuals are amazing. It really ramps up the suspense here.
