Magic Notebook - Chapter 4(b)

Chronologically it takes place a while after Dan's encounter with Jennifer and Song, and it represents a departure from the original story as outlined in the versions of chapters 4-6 I uploaded a while back.
Magic Notebook was not - as you might guess from its title - originally intended to be a serious story. The versions of chapter 4-6 I uploaded took it in a slightly more serious and gritty direction, this chapter goes the opposite direction into the more ridiculous.
Ultimately, I will probably keep the story light and ridiculous, so this will probably wind up being the 'canon' version of events, but I'll need to write a few more chapters as inspiration strikes to see how I like things.

I thought this was a better chapter 4, meeting freeuse later could still be fun but the flavor of the chapter goes better with the rest of the story and great to see connections back to the original chapter.
