New Draft Upload Style poll

I'm trying to figure out the best way to share new content as I revise and edit.
Which do you prefer?
Wait until I have an entire chapter ready to upload, then upload one chapter at a time
Upload as soon as I write/edit a new scene, but include the entire chapter in the upload
Upload each scene as soon as I write/edit it, individually
Export the whole document each time so you can see all the changes, at the cost of having to scroll through a longer document?

Neither of the first two is particularly easier or faster than the other. Doing whole chapters when I add a scene is kind've a pain, because I have to copy/paste the text from multiple areas into a document (or do a compile in Scrivener, but delete everything I'm not trying to upload, but that's even more work.)
