Domain names

Just wondering which domain names you think I should choose? I really like the idea of aboutsexuality.com as an all access site for everything related to sexuality in addition to Dr. Doe and Sexplanations stuff. I also like the idea of having a site for Dr. Doe. Sexplanations.com is available and I think especially because there might be a book someday I should buy it but I wanted to get your thoughts first. Which sites should I get/keep?
