CLARA MVP IKTRRRRR 🗣️🗣️ the plot for this episode always feels really short to me on rewatch, like when you boil it down…not a lot happens? 😅 but it’s entertaining for what it is and a very different feel to other eps, which divides it a lot amongst fans. your reaction was so interesting to me tho, the excitement you had for the Doctor effectively taking a step back and how surprised you were by Clara’s anger at the end (entirely justified bc Clara never expected the Doctor to do something like that, Eleven wouldn’t have done something that cruel and can you imagine any Doctors doing that to their companions ??? it is very jarring and comes across as quite cruel on his part, but it’s such a good reminder that the Doctor ISN’T human, we humanise him) was so fun to see!! thank you for another wonderful reaction!! 🤗

That scene between Clara and the Doctor at the end is phenomenal and shows some of the complexity of the dynamics between them. Great reaction as always. 🙂 A lot of people REALLY don't like this episode. Whilst Doctor Who is always pretty soft on the science aspects, this story offends my inner science nerd on a few levels. To quote Madam Vastra in Deep Breath: 'Your grasp of biology troubles me.' (Physics too for what it's worth!)
