I truly don't think they could've done this episode any better. Knowing now at the time they went back to work to film this in a matter of just weeks after Cory passed really shows here with all the actors cause it felt so real. He deserved so much better and its hard to believe its been a little over a decade now since he passed. In regards to what you said about Naya, I believe they found her in the water on the anniversary of Cory's death but the actual date she died was I believe a few days prior since she ended up drowning. Which makes her performance here hit so much harder.

2024-12-14 10:18:43 +0000 UTCthis episode is truly awfully beautiful. I always break down during the first song and it never stops, even after all those years. And the when you think you had enough, Rachel comes in and... just knowing what they lived together since s1 and that they were together in real life for a few years... I can't. Heartbreaking performance from everyone. What a beautiful tribute.

2024-12-13 20:43:24 +0000 UTCWhen Finn’s mom says “you have to keep on being a parent even though you don’t get to have a child anymore” I lose my shit and bawl so hard because it’s such a true/hard concept to grasp.

2024-12-13 16:31:54 +0000 UTCYou asked: "didn't she die on the same day?" In a way, I guess ♥ She was found on the seventh anniversary of Cory's death (on the exact same day). In a way that gave me some weird kind of comfort at one point. But losing them will never ever not hurt..

2024-12-12 10:02:53 +0000 UTCThis still hits me as hard as when it originally aired. It was such a well done tribute. You could really see the emotion on all their faces and how much they really missed him. Thank you for watching it. We were all right there feeling all the emotion again with you.

2024-12-11 22:42:04 +0000 UTCYou held it together more than I thought you would. I know he was a POS, but Mark's passing and the song choice for Puck in here are tough as well.

2024-12-11 22:08:58 +0000 UTCThis episode hits so hard because the grief is real. They are not acting, they are mourning Cory.
