Your enthusiasm and emotions while watching really make me so happy. I really feel like I get to experience all the same feelings I had the first time I watched all over again through you and I really appreciate that because this show is so so special to me

She knows how much Rory wanted to have kids, and finding out she wouldn't be able to have kids anymore she did what she could to allow him to get what he wants, even if it hurts her. She wanted Rory to move on, find someone else who could give him what he wants, not realizing she is more important to him then having kids. Though in a way, they did grow up with Mel and somewhat raise her even if they didn't know. Guess it's not the same though. Oswin for the win!
