Not to mention the score is insane! The way the film is able to use the music to enhance the scenes and make them more emotional and impactful. The scene when they find him alive always makes me cry. I'm so happy you finally got to experience it. I can't wait for you to watch the others!

They just see Hickup as smaller and weaker and therefore a burden and a nuisance and embarassement in a world, where you are meant to do what the men have always done; fight and kill dragons, and if you are not strong or skilled enough for that, what are you then? Cause that's the tradition. That's sad, because they don't know what to do with Hickup cause he is different, his dad just try to decide for him, because he might be afraid, he is gonna get hurt, but when Hickup realise he don't wanna fight dragons/shouldn't try to be like everyone else, his dad finally let him try/force him, because he just want him to learn to protect himself or its all he know. But they learn to appriciate him for what he is, because he makes them see, that it's not always just strength that counts, you can be smart and kind, and that has value too, and there are more to life than fighting dragons, and not just look at dragons like some who has to be killed/not just look at the outside, but some can be helpfull companions if they take the time to know them and train them.
