The scene at the orphanage where Amy sees her hands all covered in the marks and then her face in the window was literally the stuff of my nightmares when I first saw this episode. Also one of my favorite moments of this episode, is the Doctor telling Nixon that he must record everything that happens in his office. Love it when they include real historical things!
