2023-09-22 00:02:23 +0000 UTCWe're finally at this season!! I've been waiting for this one. Matt Smith is my favorite doctor, and Amy is up there with my favorite companions. This is not necessarily one of my favorite episodes, but I still really like it. The scene where you see all the doctors and then 11 walks through the scene is just so perfect! I truly can't wait for the next few seasons!!

If I had to choose, I think this era (Amy and 11) would absolutely be at the top of why I love Doctor Who. The visuals, music, and stories entranced me at every chance. I think The Eleventh Hour is probably my most watched episode. I think Matt Smith does an absolutely fantastic job, which is tough following David Tennant as the Doctor. I fell in love with Amy from her first episode. I'm sure you probably already know this, but from here on out, particularly with Matt Smith's run, there are bonus and deleted scenes out on YouTube. Most are just fun, but there are a couple that help round out the storyline. There's one that takes place during Amy's first look at the Tardis that is hilarious. I think the video I saw it in was titled "Doctor Who series 5 additional scene- Doctor and Amy in the Tardis". They're worth a watch if you have the time.
