Update flowchart/roadmap

As always: Things are subject to change, but I like to keep a concrete idea of how things will go... :) Transparency and an open door is how I do things. I like to say I am the anti-(insert bad dev) but truth be told. I am me. I know how I would like to be treated as a patron, so thats what you get...
