The scene between the Doctor and the Master when they are talking on the phone is superbly played by David Tennant and John Simms. But it reminds the viewers that the Doctor and the Master are both immensely powerful ancient aliens. Yes I got goosebumps seeing Gallifrey, the citadel and the Time Lords in the flashback.
