Still working (Solvalley)

Hello guys!

Progress on Solvalley is "slow" because I am working mainly on two ending scenes and they are usually much larger than normal scenes.

For example, the ending of teacher Laura (and her sister + mother), which is 100% done, has 275 images (in addition to dozens of animations and pages of text). When I finish Tatiana's ending, the two scenes together will have content equivalent to about 8-10 scenes, but there will only be two...

My plan now is to focus on a few smaller scenes that I'm working on, and then finish Tatie's last one, this way I will have enough for a new update before the final 2.0.0 version.

Until the end of this month (April) I won't make anything available for download, so people who do not want to collaborate this month can pause the pledge and return next month when I upload new content.

About HS Tutor

As I'm now focusing on Solvalley, I didn't do anything on HS Tutor except to plan Garnet's first scene (Charlotte's rival at school). However, I still don't know if the next update will be focused on Garnet and her mother, or on teacher Hannah. I'm more inclined at the moment to do more scenes for Hannah and Mila, as well as more scenes with the teachers.

About a future project

I have changed my mind several times about what to do when I finish Solvalley. Until recently, my decision was to focus on HS Tutor while developing a prototype of a game made with models from DAZ Studio. It turns out that to use DAZ Studio I will necessarily need a better GPU (I currently use a GTX 980, which lacks the processing power needed to render complex 3D images). I intended to buy a new PC with an RTX 3080, but the prices are just ridiculous at the moment.

I also thought about doing a new project using Honey Select, but I honestly don't want to start a new project using this program and spend, I don't know, another year or two using it. I think it's time to try new things.

I also feel like I can't use 100% of my time on HS Tutor because Koikatu's cute anime style is not exactly the most erotic thing in the world and I think a lot of you guys prefer a slightly more realistic visual.

With all that in mind, I just don't know what I'm going to do in the future. I will probably continue adding extra scenes to Solvalley for a while until GPU prices become affordable. As I add these extra scenes, I will work on HS Tutor as my main project.

If anyone has suggestions, please comment below

Bye!

You can choose to exceed the top tier amount; I do. :)

I really enjoy the HS tutor Koitaku style, I feel the characters expressions and emotios are more real and genuine. HS tutor it is my favorite adult game and I've played a lot of them. The DAZ style feels a little like uncanny valley to me haha, I enjoy the anime style more. When playing most games of the genre, the dialogue is really long and boring and I dont relate to the characters so I usually end up skipping most of the dialogues. But your characters are really interesting and I enjoy a lot reading through every character story. Many times before playing a certain character route I thought this character's story would not be interesting and I would mostly skip it but I always turned out to be wrong, your characters are very engaging and funny. You have a talent for writting. Personally, i really enjoy scenes with Mila and Zoe and would love to see their interactions with other girls, but as i just said, I enjoy everything you write so it's fine anyway. I also think you should make your Patreon avaiable for higher contributions, having $6 as the top contribution is very unfair for how much I enjoy your games.

About overexposure, I haven't played many adult games in my life, but I see the same hair, the same clothes and sometimes the same faces in different screenshots of games made in DAZ and that worries me a little... I already looked for some ways to create more original assets and I think they can work. But I know that the most important thing in my games is the unusual characters and the lines that are sometimes funny. I never intend to change that, regardless of the technology I am using to create the games.,

I haven't tested these two games yet. I heard (I don't know if it's true), that Illusion created a more restrictive TOS in these two games, perhaps to try to prevent so many people from using them to create derivative things, but I honestly don't believe they did that. When I have more time I will research more about these games.

i personally love the Koikatu engine that HS Tutor uses. Either way though regardless of whether you continuing with more HS (definitely prefer it), still gonna look forward to whatever decision you make.

I love the style in hs tutor. I would definitely love a another game with the same art and play style.

Putting this bug in your ear that, as much as the free-wheeling "fuck everybody without 40 hours of teasing" gameplay is always fantastic and certainly gets the motor going, it's the characters and humor that set you apart and above many of your contemporaries. Keep introducing or fleshing out characters and building your world and your players will be that much more invested in each update. The fact that the character fucks everything that moves isn't distinct among the genre; it's *who* he fucks (and who with at times) that makes your work both unique and always a top priority when released. As much as DAZ is the standard that many swear by... it's also as overexposed as everything else. So long as your writing continues, HS Tutor and Solvalley (still my favorite H game among a pretty vast library), aren't in danger of running out of steam from this fan's perspective. Just more jewels adding to a sea of wealth, no one gem less valuable because it's alongside so many others.

Have you considered using Honey Select 2 or AI? They appear to have a character studio that allows more design flexibility and realistic models.
