You do not have to apologize for thinking John and Francesca are on the spectrum. When the season first came out everyone thought the same and people on the spectrum were happy to see that representation on the screen. The writers said though they were not writing with a specific label for John and Francesca, the characters were intentionally written to be shown as different and how that looks when falling in love. On to episode 5 which is my favorite episode of the season.
