I agree with you! But I think that if you read SMS and stuff you understand more about that. Isak asked Even who Mikael was and Even answered "the last man of my life." Isak replay with "Asshole guy". And Even replay again with "Just kidding!❤" I almost got heart attack when Isak saw that picture but I recognize him in the first scene in Sanas house. I think Nat will understand a lot more if she got him pointed out. Because they are not together in a scene where it get pointed out who of the boys is "Mikael". I could not handle the "ballon-squad" at all, accept from Yousef, because of Mikael. I practically "was" Isak in real time in 10 weeks of fall 2016, so I reallly don't like the Mikael situation.

I almost screamed when Isak saw Mikael on Sana’s facebook earlier in s4, and he asked how Sana knew them. You can see how this really affects Isak 🙁 Great reaction 👍
