Yuki - Behind The Scenes (The Seven Realms)

Yuki is an 18-year-old human who starts as a pet to the Xiao Long household. Fun fact, she is the only human harem member.

To begin with, I just wanted to add diversity and thought it would be nice to have a young Japanese girl. I don’t think it’s terrible to start with a stereotype or a trend. What’s wrong, in my opinion, is to not modify it a little to make it yours.

She can be seen as your typical shy Asian girl initially, but I aim for her character to evolve enough for you to see her as Yuki.

I also chose the name Yuki on purpose, even if there is nothing original about it, because she was a pet. They didn’t try to give her an original name or anything. She could have been named Girl156 for all Ling Guo cares, but that would not have been as nice to read, so I settled for Yuki.

At the start, she has no real personality and simply follows orders. She was raised as a pet, and she doesn’t know what to do with her life once she has been freed. She doesn’t take it badly when Kali calls her Dobby because she learnt not to be offended by how others treat her.

Right now, her only desire is to please people and Atlas above everyone else.

Through her optional path, she can either gain a personality or stay a mindless pet. The choice is yours.

Character Model:

I wanted Yuki to look Japanese, young and innocent. That’s why I gave her big eyes and a petite form.

We added more boobs to her original character model as we didn’t want her to appear too young.
