POLL | Help me choose my next top 5 films to edit down for the Halloween period over on YouTube!
Added 2025-09-12 17:59:18 +0000 UTCHi all! I was wondering, can you help me to decide which 5 films I should consider for my next edited down YouTube video. This would be going out as the film reaction after the "Twisters" video.
I'll be taking the top 5 most voted for films and making a YouTube poll with these, so that I can whittle it down even further. I chose options that fit mostly into the spooky season, aside from a few at the bottom of the poll, which are two non-Halloween favourites of mine too.
You can make multiple choices too, so please choose your favourite five!
(BTW, Picnic At Hanging Rock (1975) and Gremlins (1984) are not included as the first will be for Valentines Day next year and the latter will be posted at Christmas)

What it does have is a cult reputation with 80’s fans, and (unlike #4-12) John Carpenter’s own distinct fingerprints and his own geek love for Nigel Kneale’s British Quatermass movies. If you’re going to try and push “Prince of Darkness” down Marty’s throat, Halloween III did it all first.
