Here's my UNCUT reaction to the well known episode of The Twilight Zone (S1 E22), "The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street", which is a fascinating portrayal of how human beings stir up scenarios in their mind and aren't always the best people in stressful situations... the title of the episode is very apt... and not so much for who they think... (I don't want to spoil the episode for those who want to watch along for the very first time)
I thoroughly enjoyed this episode. Although I do think the twist ending didn't necessarily need to be there, as it already works without it. But either way, superb episode!

One of the most famous episodes ! Seeing the town turn on each other and it just escalating in a believable way was chilling. Also fun fact, costumes and footage from Forbidden Planet turn up again at the end (You’ll be seeing a LOT of stuff from Forbidden Planet in the TZ) ;)
