Hi all! I'm finally bringing you my Uncut reaction to "Midsommar: Director's Cut" (2019), after it being on the requests list and my own list for so long... and... I am eternally scarred by this film.

It's beautifully shot and acted... but horrific! So es, I loved the cinematography and Florence Pugh plays the main character incredibly well. Every act is played out so well, pushing our expectations of what we think is coming and going that extra step further.

Genuinely brilliant and absolutely horrifying.

I hope you enjoy my reaction to this mammoth of a film and yes it seems I love watching the Director's Cut's! I've no idea what the difference is between them yet though. I'm hoping to find that out when I film the trivia, as there is a lot still yet to film and research with this one. Alongside that, I've been told there are some great breakdown videos and extra material surrounding it. I can't wait to look into it!
