UNCUT | Doctor Who: Joy To The World REACTION (Christmas Special 2024)
Added 2024-12-30 15:05:43 +0000 UTCHi all! First off, I want to say, I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. The good news is I finally got to see the Doctor Who Christmas Special. The bad news is that, as you can tell, I wasn't able to do a livestream reaction due to my health. Instead, I took my time in watching the episode over the day.
As for the episode itself, I loved it and thought they did a great job at tying it all up at the end... however, I do think they could have paid more attention to Nicola Coughlan's character, making her more of a companion. I loved Anita too, so they could have teamed up... but instead we got a wonderful character in Anita, that felt like a real human friendship.. and then we got Nicola's character, who in my eyes felt like she was wasted as a character for some of the episode. She could have done more...
Maybe they'll have Anita's character come back for a one off at some point though, that would be fun. I can't see they would, but it would be cool.
What are your thoughts on the ending too?
