UNCUT | The Twilight Zone (S1 Ep 6) "Escape Clause" Reaction
Added 2024-12-13 12:00:05 +0000 UTCHi all! Ooh, this one... was a great one, but an odd choice for the character's attitude. It felt like he could never get comfortable or settled with any amount of life he had.
Let me know your thoughts on this one. Despite thinking the character's way of thinking was a little off, I still loved it, as I do with every Twilight Zone episode so far.

This episode could have been so much more. David Wayne’s performance as Walter was great I thought. It’s one of the rare occasions where a slightly longer runtime may have been effective. And also the TZ does the Devil very well Fun fact, the elevator at the discontinued Twilight Zone Tower of Terror ride had an inspection notice from a D Cadwallader

David Wayne’s wife in this episode was actress Virginia Christine who is most recognized as Miss Olsen in Folgers’ TV commercials but she was in some really good films such as “High Noon,” “ Judgment at Nuremberg,” “Mummy’s Curse,” and 1956 “ Invasion of the Body Snatchers.” Some great actors always in the Twilight Zone episodes.
