Hey Marty...so here's some thoughts - I adore your reactions when you think Izzy's been stabbed. 2:23 the shots on the beach (all of them) are simply gorgeous. - have you seen the behind the scenes shot of David giving Rhys direction while he's writing his letter to Ed? Brilliant stuff..if you haven't seen it let me know and I'll forward you a link - The scene after the raid montage, when they are emotionally devastated..calls back to Season 1 Ep. 1 with Stede's opening monologue. LOVED THAT! - I still want to know if Stede had a great f*ckery and people believed he was dead, how did Ricky know Stede was Stede?? - I ADORE Auntie..here line deliveries are brilliant (although that is true for everyone in this cast). - I love how the writers got those of us who may have disliked Izzy to start to empathize with his (and I did so quickly I got whiplash!). - Your look to the camera when Rick says "lime Ricky" is priceless. EPISODE 2 - little music note..RUN FROMTME which is played underneath Ed's sad segment while he's having he's pining over Stede (btw it was much longer and a couple of crew people noted Taika was brilliant) is ALSO the same music that is played underneath Ed's "mad" scene. Same song but later in the track it's dramatic and threatening. LOVE the song choice. - Your reaction to Lucius being alive was *chef's kiss*. - I agree Jim's look this season is SO HOT. - Pissy/edgy/emotional Lucius is quite the ride. - Wee John's line "what the hell is going on in towels" was improvised..David gave that to Kristian. - Always remember, no body...no death ;). - You used STORM from The Epic Saga!! (isn't that a great album sequence?) - It tears my heart that Ed is wearing Stede's cravat when he thinks he's going to finally be put out of his misery. - And I STILL want to know where Ed was shot..maybe grazed..because that's what stopped him from lighting the canon, but we never see a bullet wound. I know..opinionated much?
