愛昧亭雑記　11月予定と10月の振り返り【新作の予定／家計・資産管理】/ Update: Plans for November & Reflections on October

こんにちは、愛昧亭うまみです。すっかり夏が終わり、秋も深まり、寒くなってきましたが、皆さんお元気でお過ごしでしょうか？

僕は、9月頃からゆるやかに体調を崩していて、10月もあまり調子が良くありませんでした。足首の関節や背中が痛んだり、夜中に何度も目が覚めたりするような感じです。去年のように痛みで書けなくなるほどではありませんが、体調を見ながら、無理せずにできる範囲で進めています。

今回の記事では、11月の予定と10月の振り返りについてお伝えします。いつも温かく見守っていただき、支えてくださる皆さんに感謝しつつ、お届けしていきます('ヮ'*

11月の予定

11月に愛昧亭として進めている制作は、以下の2点です。

1. 冬コミ用のリワードまとめ

以前からお知らせしているように、冬コミに向けて支援サイトのリワードをまとめた本を制作しています。まだ冬コミの当落は出ていませんが、もし落選した場合は、別のイベントでの発行を予定しています。

現在、作業はほぼ完了しています。表紙の女の子が可愛く描けたので、アクリルキーホルダーにもしてみたいなと思っているところです（ふたなりアクリルキーホルダーも検討中です！）。

2. 新作

「俺のことをめちゃくちゃ勘違いして愛してくるふたなりの女の子に監禁される話」という新作を少しずつ進めています。今、ネームを描いているところですが、途中で3ページ分が飛んでしまっていたのに気づいて、どう挿入するか悩み中です。プロットから2週間ほど経過して再開したので、つい忘れていましたが、あったほうが絶対に良いので、なんとか工夫しているところです。なんとかなれーッ！

この作品は、いずれ支援サイトで連載のように先行公開できたらいいなと思っていますが、まだ確定ではありません。まずはネームの完成を目指し、冬コミまでにまとまった部分を準備号として出せたらと考えています。ただ、僕の体調が不安定なため、確定的な予定にはできません。無理をすると体調をさらに崩す可能性があるので、ゆっくり進めます。

10月の振り返り

10月に大きく取り組んだのは「資産管理」です（？）

どうやったら破綻せずに、好きな作品を制作し続けられるかと考えたとき、やはり安定した資産形成が大事だなと思いました。そこでまず、支出の見直しやライフプランの作成など、家計管理に力を入れました。季節的にも涼しくなってきて、こういうことを考えるのにぴったりな時期でもありますし、体調が万全でなかったのも相まって、実りある時間を過ごせたかなと思っています。当社比。

家計管理では、自分の満足度を下げずに不要な費用を削減することを目指しました。国民健康保険や地方税、所得税などの「絶対に必要なお金」と娯楽費や通信費などの「そうでもないもの、下げられそうなもの」を区別しながら、削れるところは削りました。例えば、携帯を格安SIMに変えたりして年間の固定費を削減する、といった具合です。満足度に関しては、もともと外食は少ないものの、家で好きなレトルトカレーを楽しむのはかなり好きだから、こいつは残したいな、とか……。最終的にいくつかカットできる項目を見つけ、家計をスリムにすることができました。たぶん。

こうやって書くと、制作活動とは直接関係ないように見えますが、足元を固めることで、より安定した良い作品作りにつながると思います。ワイは安定して負けたいんや、ふたなり娘に……。

家計管理で浮いた分は新NISAにぶち込みつつ、今後は月1回程度、家計の見直しを続けたいっす。（願望）

ちなみに、TwitterでNISAのアンケートをしたところ、約半数の方が既にやっているか、これから始めたいと考えていて、「意外とみんな資産管理をしているな…！」になりました。自分も年齢が上がるにつれ、こういった資産形成が身近な課題に感じられます。最近、僕みたいな普通の人向けの投資の記事も読み返し、もっと若い頃から始めれば良かったな…と考えることも。とは言え、今のほうが良い制度や投資先もあるので、今がやり時、学び時という説もあります。('ヮ'*

まあこの辺り今までふわふわだった僕が言うまでもないと言う気はかなりしていますが。

みんなも各々の地盤を安定させてみんなで長くふたなり娘に負けていこうネ……。

最後に

10月のダメージが残ったまま、11月に突入しました。体調が一気に良くなるか悪くなるか、正直わかりませんが、ドキドキしています（笑）。冬になると活動が緩やかになることで有名な愛昧亭ですが、無理せずぼちぼち進めていこうと思います。今年も雪が少ないと助かるんですが…あまり先のことを考えすぎると悲しくなるので、この辺にしておきます！

Update: Plans for November & Reflections on October

Hello everyone, this is AIMAITEI Umami. Summer has fully passed, and here autumn is deepening, and it’s getting colder each day. I hope you’re all staying warm and well.

Since around September, my health has been a bit off, and I haven’t felt fully recovered throughout October either. I’ve had some joint pain in my ankles and back, and I keep waking up a few times during the night. Thankfully, it’s not so bad that I can’t write, as it was last year, so I’m moving forward at my own pace while keeping an eye on my condition.

In this post, I’ll share my plans for November and reflect a bit on October. As always, thank you so much for your ongoing support and encouragement; I’m excited to bring you this update.

November Plans

Here are the two main projects I’m working on this November:

1. Preparing Rewards for Winter Comiket

As I mentioned before, I’m working on compiling rewards for the support site into a book for the upcoming Winter Comiket (Comiket is Japan’s largest fan convention, held twice a year, where independent creators share and sell their works). I’m still waiting for the results of the Comiket application process; if I don’t get a spot, I’ll likely plan to release the book at another event instead.

Most of the work is already done. Since the cover art turned out so cute, I’m thinking about creating an acrylic keychain with the character (including a unique keychain featuring the futanari character).

2. New Work in Progress

I’m currently working on a new story about a futanari girl who is deeply (and somewhat mistakenly) in love with me, leading to a rather wild scenario where she… holds me captive. I’m still in the naming phase of the storyboard, but I recently realized I skipped three pages and am currently figuring out how to add them back in! Since I’ve had a two-week break from the storyboard, it totally slipped my mind, but I’m sure it will improve the flow, so I’m working on making it fit smoothly.

Eventually, I hope to release it as a serialized preview on my support site, but nothing’s confirmed yet. For now, I aim to complete the storyboard and prepare a draft version for Winter Comiket if my health allows. Since my condition is unpredictable, though, I’ll be taking it slow to avoid worsening anything.

Reflection on October: Focus on Financial Management

One major focus of October was “financial management” (!?)

In considering how to continue creating the work I love sustainably, I realized that stable finances are key. So, I took a serious look at my expenses and set up a basic life plan. This season’s cooler weather seemed like the right time for a more grounded approach, and as I haven’t been feeling my best, it was a productive shift of focus.

My goal was to cut unnecessary costs without compromising my quality of life. For example, I switched to a cheaper mobile SIM service and continued to enjoy my favorite ready-made curry at home (I don’t eat out often as it is). I also reviewed essential expenses like national health insurance, local taxes, and income tax and separated the necessary from the unnecessary costs. In the end, I managed to streamline my expenses quite a bit.

It may seem unrelated to my creative work, but I believe that having a strong foundation helps me create better content. My goal is to stay comfortably “outmatched” by the futanari girl character, so I want to keep this review process up monthly from now on.

By the way, I recently conducted a Twitter poll about NISA, which is a Japanese tax-free savings account program for long-term investments (similar to the IRA in the U.S.). About half of my followers shared that they’re already using NISA or are planning to start, which surprised me a little—seems a lot of people are managing their finances carefully! As I get older, I’m feeling a stronger need for financial stability, and I’ve been reading articles on beginner-friendly investment strategies. Looking back, I wish I’d started earlier, but now is the best time to learn and make a start.

Finally…

With the effects of October still lingering, November has begun. I can’t say if things will improve or not, but I’m cautiously optimistic! Known for my slower pace in winter, I plan to keep a comfortable rhythm for my work. It would be a relief if we get a mild winter with minimal snow (snow in my region requires hiring help to clear the roof), but thinking too far ahead can feel overwhelming, so I’ll leave it there!
