Hello everyone!

I wanted to update you all on the upcoming videos and try to make this more of a regular thing, as I update a lot on YouTube and feel like you would all appreciate it a little more with helping to support myself and the channel. I also have a few questions to ask and it would be lovely to hear what your thoughts are. Also, at the end I'll ask you about a live stream.

Coming up soon will be a Doctor Who video, which I'm planning on finishing for tomorrow hopefully, all being well with timing etc.

Then it will be the film "Citizen Kane", requested by a number of people and which I have started work on too, but still has a fair way to go.

Then will either be an episode of Doctor Who or The Last Of Us. I've only been placing these in-between films as I feel that works best to get them out as regular as possible, whilst still working through film requests.

After that, I have "Bad News Bears" (2005), a film which was requested by Roger (Thank you!). This will hopefully be edited and put out whilst I'm moving too, around the middle of the month sometime, along with another episode of Doctor Who and The Last Of Us after that.

Now, the questions:

In regards to Doctor Who missing episodes, I'll be watching telesnap recreations where I can... but, would you prefer to see these as a series of video reactions or all as one storyline? For instance, a combined Marco Polo storyline reaction or a video per episode of those. I realise this will take some time to edit together, as I have two episodes to go until then and I have seen only up to the end of the Marco Polo storyline. Which if I compiled them, would only give me two Who episodes until the combined episode. This would, however, be a great way to get through a chunk of episodes in one video. Would you sit through a whole telesnap reaction video or even a combined video of them all, which could be fairly long?

I could say the same with The Last Of Us and combine multiple episodes into one video, but that may pose the problem that I will run out of videos partway through the moving process, which may take a week or two until fully setup again.

Lastly, I've been thinking about bringing more to the Patreon for you all when I get the time, and to start things off, I was wondering if you'd all be interested in me doing a Patreon live stream? To discuss films, requests, the upcoming move and what I'm doing this month with videos etc. I am also planning on releasing some house move updates on here too, with possible update videos or longer combined vlogs if that's something you'd be interested in?

With a lot of client projects on and trying to get them done in good time for the move, plus wanting to get videos edited for the upcoming weeks, I've been fairly delayed in getting content out recently. It's giving me time to sort things, which is good, but it does mean that it probably seems like I've disappeared. I can promise you I haven't and I will be more frequent at some point. It's just that filming things for the channel does take a huge amount of energy (which I don't always have at the moment with the stress of the move) and then editing takes a lot of time when it's just me.

I really appreciate all of you being amazingly patient and enjoying the content, so thank you and I shall see you in the next video!

Yeah, that's what I've thought too. I get that, as sometimes I'll watch something shorter for time or watch a longer one in the background. It gives people the option to watch shorter or playlists of more the way I've been doing it, I feel. I had thought about compiling them all at some point for events like Doctor Who anniversary or Christmas etc for those after a compilation version. That's a good way to do it, yeah, I do that with a few people I watch. My thing that Im terrible at keeping up with is the YouTube shorts haha! I'll either make a few at once or none entirely (more the latter). Making them somewhat seems pointless, but its to advertise the channel more and to show a few highlights. I hope you're well Michael and thank you so much for the feedback, it's very helpful!

Sometimes a shorter video is more appealing anyway, because as a viewer you might not want to commit to a 45 minute one. I tend to binge watch a few at a time. So I might get a few weeks behind and then catch up in one go. So lots of shorter episodes won't really make that much of a difference to me anyway. I agree that it kind of feels "neater" to have individual ones.

Hi Michael! Yeah, I've noticed a few do that. I'm the same with preferring individual ones, as it's more rounded and allows me to talk about a specific episode more. I think I'll stick with individuals anyway, but it's great hearing what others think, so thank you. Dang, I didn't realise that pressing enter would post the message! Yeah short or long works fine either way, but shorter ones keep retention time more, which helps. 10 min reactions is absolutely fine, but I sometimes wonder if people don't watch those because they are only 10 mins. I never know haha, it's a game of chance!

A lot of YouTubers seem to combine episodes , but I prefer individual ones. Is there a video length that works best for the YT algorithm? If a Doctor Who reaction is only 10mins for example, does that matter? It wouldn't to me. In my mind doing individual episodes means you basically have more content to put out albeit shorter videos. Dunno, I guess it's all down to your own creativity and what fits into what you want to do. I'm sure most of us would be happy either way. Lol that doesn't help you at all, does it? Sorry.
