Mini Update + Q&A

So just an update for you all: I'm still working on the Sex and the City script - really trying to make this one airtight, because I felt my last video was a bit lacking tbh! I am also currently binging a ton of rom coms so I'm gonna be posting a review or two about those (what is UP with Sleepless in Seattle? lol). I am also working on an essay about "Accountability Culture" and why we haven't found the language to critique it yet. And lastly - I am travelling to Montreal at the end of the month to appear in Friendly Space Ninja's upcoming podcast series! Surprise! Not sure when the episode will come out but you will be the first to know.

Hi there Maia! Glad to hear you’re doing well and have a ton of stuff planned you’re looking forward to. For the Q&A: Do you feel with video essays, there’s still a ways to go in the sense of “legitimization?” Like, even across how academic and philosophical the sphere has been known to show, some people may write it off as less valid than that of traditional outlets like universities or film critics for instance. Other Q: Your fave animated movie?!
