This seemed like a good time to update this.
The driving forces are very different today compared to what they were in early youtube. Money drives social media to deliver things to people to keep them online. This is the start of a positive feedback, in that..... what if what people want to watch isnt true!!

It seems like all the time people with scientific brains are pushed aside for the more sensationalist stories and people believe the beautiful lie rather than the ugly truth. I'm grateful you keep putting out all the videos that you do. It really has helped me maintain a rational view over the years. From your videos on Religion, Feminism and the scammy products you debunk. We are more than willing to support you with what we have (which granted is not much) to help you do this and I am sure a lot of other people feel the same :) YouTube have taken away my ability to comment on videos, they look like they post, but then they disappear, and if you try and edit them, it says there's an error. I don't like what they do to people. They won't give you any decent explanation and you can't get in touch with anyone about it. If they won't tell you what's going on with your videos, why would they tell me what's going on with my account when to them I'm a nobody? I'm glad you persevered. You might consider backing up your channel somewhere else in case the unthinkable happens. If you ever lost your channel, we've got an archive of almost all of it stashed away if you need it :) Thank you, stay safe and stay crunchy.
