This episode was amazing! We really are tumbling more into the mythology and Luci's story- feeling his pain and emotions. It was this episode when I knew I was addicted, down the rabbit hole, through the looking glass and with no way back. I binged my way through four seasons ( Season five hadn't been released when I first tumbled into being a Lucifan) This story is quite a ride and and a rollercoaster and throughout all six seasons that rollercoaster keeps going. There are many Shows that I have enjoyed, loved and in some cases rewatched bits here and there but not one Show has touched my heart and soul like this one and kept me still wanting to relive all the emotions again and again. The cast are all amazing and all their story arcs are incredible. I didn't realise i would find another reactor (Trust me, I have followed many over the last year or two) who would make me feel the excitement again, even after the Show ended last year, watching you, experience this Show for the first time. It is, like this episode, amazing! By the way, some of those names who comment, I recognise from other Lucifer reactors who like me are still apparently wanting to relive this adventure... part of the Luci-family!

It's a good thing you like the slow progression between Chloe and Lucifer... because these writers are really good at torturing the audience with a "will they, or won't they" theme. But like you said, if their hooking up was a flash in the pan, then neither party would really get much in the long run... No spoilers but there will be many surprises and twists and turns to come. It is one of the best written shows ever. Like the one you just realized: The "Angel" isn't really being very "angelic" now with bringing a damned soul back from hell to kill his brother - is he? So who is being really bad? Is it Dan for his antics, or Maze for betraying Luci to his brother, or his brother for getting Malcolm to kill Lucifer?

“I’m liking the slow progression, ok?” No need to explain! It happens to be my favorite trope in books and on screen too.
Thank you for recognizing what a [human] angel Chloe is in the show as she does not get much recognition from reactors and fans. There are repeated comments on how much they love Trixie or Linda or Maze - and I do too, but personally I love Chloe’s character the most throughout the show. She has the thankless task of being adult in the room in contrast to everyone else’s antics and cuteness.
Dan says he has looked the other way when Malcom (and other cops?) did shit, and yes, he shot Malcom to prevent him from shooting Chloe. And now Dan has stolen a gun from evidence and given it to Malcom. This is all we know about his crimes. You have watched the next episode(s) so sorry if you have already figured the answer to your question about him.

this episode really stands out to me. lucifer shows a lot of emotion and we get to see him talking to his dad.
