Trandoshans (the lizard people) and Wookiees do not get along. They have a long standing hatred for each other. I believe it has something to do with Trandoshans having a hunting culture and Wookiees being one of their preferred prey. In fact in episode 1 of Book of Boba Fett, when Boba accepts the Trandoshanโs tribute, it gives Boba a Wookiee Pelt.
