By the way, it has been a month since I became a sole proprietor.
I'm currently receiving a lot of work, for which I'm very grateful.

When I became a sole proprietor (a month ago), I was full of anxiety.
But thanks to the many jobs I received, my anxiety eased.
I still have many anxieties.
But I think I just need to do these things in order not to be more anxious than I need to be.
・I will be grateful for the jobs I get and do each job carefully.
・I will also devote some time to improving my skills.
・I will not make time for idle time.
I take special care of my health in order to continue as a sole proprietor for a long time.
I try to go to bed and wake up early (go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 6am) and sleep for 8 hours.
Since I started going to bed early and waking up early and sleeping 8 hours, I feel very positive and noticeably less anxious.
Especially at night, people tend to think about anxious things.
So I recommend going to bed early at night!
I will do my best to continue to work as a sole proprietor!
