"We can always call Wally." Umm.... no you can't. Remember from last season, because of what Barry and Oliver "The Spectre" did, infecting the speed force and killing it, Wally lost his speed too. EVERY SPEEDSTER lost their speed, with the exception of.... Godspeed, who must have gotten it from some other source because in episode 18, he ended up being oh... 10x faster than Barry, while Barry was using his residual speed.
