Well, they may not need to recast anything. Based upon his ability to change his form like he's already done several times, they can just have him go in disguise as various personas, played by different people.

I would question why anyone needs to express themselfs by saying awful things about other people. He made jokes about rape, he's free to express himself doing this, but freedom of speech does not mean freedom from any consequence, it just means you won't be put in prison.

Speaking of "crying", Hana, Nicky and Brianna shed more than a few "fan tears" for Barry, Iris and even fake Iris who became a 'real girl' if even for a few minutes. I hope Elongated Man is given an honorable death on the show instead of a lame recasting. Political Correctness is the most toxic substance on earth especially for the arts. Free expression in art and political views is the most precisous and rate commodity in the world.
