Agents and Kings chapter 2 pages 13 - 16

I'm trying to make this exposition so it doesn't feel dragged out, I just need to get through some basic information with which to build on in future chapters. In past comics I've rushed through the first few chapters, which probably led to a lot of confusion on the reader's part, and I want to avoid that with this comic as much as possible.
