Oliver begins to doubt the Monitor but Nicky has no doubts about Brianna. Nicky has re-christened Brianna as the "Reaction Monitor" who pipes up whenever something bad happens to a character that Nicky loves. Episode-wise the episode was good fan service for those die-hard fans of Ollie's Hong Kong adventures. Katsu, China White and the Alpha-Omega Virus are revisited. In a "Harbinger" of things to come Lila's collaboration with the Monitor (not Brianna) was revealed.
