I feel Tommy meant every word of what he said but he had no choice but to call them all for a meeting, it was said if the train was blown up then they would kill all of his family. He had make a deal to keep them alive as they had so much power over the police and jurors. But it does look like he betrayed them. I really dont think he thought Arthur would go. Series 4 opener is good and will answer some questions. Michaels arc is on a slow burn but yes he is becoming a Tommy but is loyal to him for sure.......... !!!!!! Enjoy!!!!!
