Lewis is mugged late at night in a back alley and loses a tooth after being punched in the face. Luckily, he is outside of a 24-hour dental clinic and the receptionist reassures him that he will be taken care of. But things soon take a terrifying turn when he is given an anesthetic injection that makes him unable to move.
