Creature From The Black Lagoon has been on my watchlist for far too long! I still haven't seen it but as this was the first thing that came to mind. I love cheesy sci-fi movies and I feel like this one would be a good mix of horror and sci-fi. Does it belong on the sci-fi playlist or horror? Let me know what you think!

2021-09-08 21:17:31 +0000 UTCI love all the Universal monster films, but the Creature movies are on the duller side, when compared to the likes of Frankenstein, Dracula, Bride of Frankenstein, Invisible Man, Wolf Man, etc. They were certainly all considered Horror at the time; that's where I would probably put them, even though a modern viewer probably wouldn't be scared.
