So true what Nikki said at the end. "If this is what's 'bad' imagine the stuff that people are like 'omg this is so good.'" And really, it isn't so much that this early stuff is bad, it's more that it is just not as cohesive as seasons 2-5 are. Some episodes contribute to the overall plot, while other's are more of a one-off story, whereas in future seasons every episode builds on the season long plot. So excited for you all to get into certain episodes/seasons for so many reasons. Love that you're loving the show already!

Also, I wouldn't be so sure that characters are safe just because you know the actors appear in later seasons haha This IS a comic book show after all, crazy stuff happens. And on Shield especially, stuff happens that have long-lasting consequences.

Episode 6 is the first really good episode of Shield. From episode 10 on they just get better and better, and by the time you get to episode 17's crossover with Winter Soldier you'll start to see why fans love the show. And each season has been better than the last, so if you like the show now you're gonna love what's coming up!

Thank you. Video works for me after download. BTW the show is worth the patience. Its probably my favorite show after Game of Throne the way the season 3 , 4 and 5 panned up. Season 4 and 5 especially will blow your minds. After watching the season 1 again with you guys just feel how this show has grown through out the years. Elizabeth Henstridge who plays Simmons is bloody good actor.
