Thank you! Yes! Very dreamlike indeed, almost reminded me of a David Lynch movie. Honestly the music just about made me walk away lol it was overwhelming. I’m curious to watch more of his films and will rewatch Suspiria at some point.

There's definitely lots of style here, and in many ways, it has a very dreamlike (or nightmarish) quality to it--in the sense that sometimes, like in a dream/nightmare (and if I recall, Leo in "Inception" basically said this) you just end up somewhere without being sure of how you got there. I first saw this on a VHS, so there was a little less quality visually to it, and I'm sure that had some bearing on my first experience. I didn't care for it the first time I saw it; appreciated it a bit more on the second viewing (which was on a DVD some years later). Hopefully you'll revisit Argento again. (I'll refrain from mentioning again my preferred Argento, which I've done ad nauseam...)
