I feel like you secretly want your PO Box filled to the brim with garbage pail kids cards! Time to dig through the attic. BTW, they were a parody of "Cabbage Patch Kids" which was series of "cute" dolls that were a giant craze and which came with a birth certificate, and they were always sold out. If you look at them side by side (garbage pail & cabbage patch), you can see that the shape and style of their faces are the same.
