October Release - Ranni and the wisdom of the Moon

For us, this moment captures the very essence of Ranni, the giant moon, the mist, and the spells all coming together in the scene that represents the end of the journey. We did our best to preserve every detail and stay true to the game. Ranni was a doll, and we wanted to bring her to life as such. We’re really happy with how this model turned out.
We also made a simpler base version, featuring only the terrain, in case that’s your preference.
The 75 mm scale version is the Ranni Doll, with all the detail she deserves. And we’re absolutely in love with this little witch on the 32 mm scale.
We’re also bringing our very first Chibi! A few months ago, we came across this fan art by Sandara Tang, of the Aurelia and Aureliette sisters, and we felt this was the perfect time to bring them to life. After all, they longed to see the stars, and they fit perfectly with Ranni’s set.
CLEAR RESIN: Thanks to encouragement from our supporters, we finally started experimenting with transparent resin. I’ll admit, I was hesitant at first, since many say it’s tricky… but I managed to print the spirit’s face quite well. The same supports worked both in ABS-like resin and in clear, with only a few minor marks.
I haven’t yet had the time to optimize the supports for the magic effects specifically for clear resin. They worked fine in ABS-like, but for clear I’ll need to redo them. So, if you plan to print in clear resin, I recommend adjusting the supports in a way that you know works well for your resin/printer.
Later this month, I’ll likely get back to working with clear resin to print the base mist for Artorias. If I can rework Ranni’s magic effects successfully, I’ll update the files.
And it’s not over yet, throughout the month we’ll also be releasing extra Hollow Knight and Silksong models! Stay tuned!

This pieces were printed in white standard resin. In the video, they appear a bit overexposed due to the contrast and light reflection between the white color, the black background, and the gray of the other parts. We don’t have experience with FDM printing, but we’ve seen people doing amazing things with it. We didn’t specify the number of magnets because they’re usually bought in bulk, and it’s never good to count them precisely since accidents can happen while gluing them. So, we only specify the size.

Will print it this week and hopefully paint it in the next few weeks, just a question, on the video, the base, moon, and cloud are in another colour and maybe seems less precise, is it because you printed it in filament ? I've both an FDM and SLA, so if it also work in FDM for the bigger piece and we don't lose to much details, I will go with that. Secondly, on the cult page, you speak about the magnet, but how many do you need of each of them ? I recently bought clear resin so I might also try that with some blue colorant since I've some! I don't know the settings for now.. Thanks a lot!
