Dungeon Huddle: May 2024

DC20 Alpha 0.7 Update

The 0.7 Alpha has been in the works and will be the Last ALPHA Update... since we now move into the BETA!! But for the Alpha, this will have a few updates and really be focused on Classes and possibly subclasses (more to come on that in patron and public livestreams).

DC20 Beta 0.8

This will be the FIRST Beta version of the game but it will still keep the numerical progression that the Alpha 0.4 --> 0.5 --> 0.6 --> 0.7 started. This will be given to All Backers of the Kickstarter and will be a reward for Bronze Dragon patrons as well. The Beta will continue to get updates as DC20 develops, but the 0.8 Beta will release as soon as the Kickstarter ENDS.

Kickstarter

The Kickstarter for DC20... is NEXT MONTH! That is crazy to be saying... especially for those who have been here since the launch of the Alpha, the game was great then... but it continues to grow into something that I truly believe will leave a BIG mark on the TTRPG landscape. I have a LOT of suprises in store for everyone and all will be revealed as we approach the Kickstarter launch date

DC20 Magazine

We have now fully moved into DC20 creation as a team and the ENTIRE team is hard at work getting ready for the launch of the Kickstarter in June and followed up by the launch of the DC20 Magazine in July! BIG THINGS ARE COMING!!!

Real Life Might (Health) Update

Previous Weight (255) -> Current Weight (255) = Maintained (again)

So I have had some health complications (nothing too serious) and need some minor surgery for an injury I sustained... mainly from being too old... too out of shape... but still have the mind of a coach to "PUSH THROUGH THE PAIN"... well... I got a reality check there and this will make me have to focus now more than ever on eating right while I heal up and recover. All this is bad timing BUT there is no stopping this train, and I am still healthy enough to sit in a chair and type away, so no worries there. I will keep at it and keep pushing towards the health goals I have, this is just a setback!

Have you considered maybe working outside for maybe, an hour each day? Just recline in a chair in the front lawn or on a porch with your laptop, and soak in some Vitamin D? It's very good for your health and might motivate you to go on some walks now and then, and help your health/weight goal.
