This PDF is themed around running downtime, with a full guide on running engaging downtime and a list of rules and guidance for how to adjudicate things players may want to do in between adventures.
In this PDF you get the following:
- Downtime Theory & Encouragement: A guide for running downtime and information on how to encourage it. It also includes a full list of downtime activities, with rules for how to run them, that players can interact with to complete personal objectives or hone their skills.

I seems it changed so that the $10 tier no longer gets the DC playbook. There's a line up above that says "$15 Adult Dragon and above Patrons get the DC Playbook Vol 22".
