when can you do do a table muscle growth 3? what if in that one hes strapped to the table and he gets probed aggressively and that makes him slowly grow.

While I'm actively looking (listening) out for audio sound effects I can use for growth scenes, I haven't actually found any yet. I also haven't a clue where the other growth video makers are getting their sounds from, but if you find anything, do let me know so I can have a look!
