am looking for testers for my new program- To start 4/20 Whorled Leaf Yoga presents - Exotic Systems A sensual approach to your traditional yoga class with emphasis on exotic dance, sensual movement, and somatics all intermingled with traditional yoga poses and breathwork to create a dynamic complete body awakening. Exotic systems touch on all areas of the human experience including sexual movements and concepts that are usually left out of group classes and benefit pelvic health so much. Exotic systems also provide a more efficient workout with the combination of exotic dance, and strength. Expect to awaken the pelvis, booty, and hamstrings in a much more engaged way. This practice will guide you to greater strength and flexibility while increasing sexual awareness and energy, all while keeping the benefits of a traditional yoga class.
