Happy Thursday, everyone. :) It's a windy, rainy day here. That is a blessing because we haven't had rain in months. Lots of content left to come out this week;) We have another yoga class that I will be filming today, so if you have a favorite type of class (hips, backbends, gentle, long format), let me know because I love to accommodate. The meditation will be out later today, and is a Yoga Nidra meditation. If you have never experienced yoga Nidra, I highly recommend it. They use it for all kinds of healing, in particular, anxiety and PTSD. It's an ancient modality that works! The asana breakdown of the week is half splits, and the journal prompt is keeping with last week's theme with thoughts on dealing with depression. If you are part of the artistic tier, the personal practice 2.0 will be themed around cycles- metaphorically and in our practice, actual circles lol.
