Contemptor Dreadnought Base Build!
Added 2022-06-25 15:17:20 +0000 UTCIt's that time again! Time to build a jaw dropping project from the ground up. We'll we taking a brisk walk through the ruins of an imperial city. I may enjoy basing more than painting, it's a close call. As always, let me know what you think in the comments below! I'm very excited to bring this project together, I haven't worked on a machine in quite a while and it's a nice change from the fantasy theme of the last series. Enjoy!
The materials used were mainly sourced from a local hobby shop, Hobbytown USA. It's more of a model train and RC car kind of place but there are well stocked with a variey of plasticard. I ordered the rivets on Ebay from the Tichy Train Group, the plaster was made at home and broken into pieces, and the soil is from my back yard. The world is your oyster!

That was some textured plasticard I picked up. At the shop they have a variety, diamond plate, sidwalk tiles, things like that. Found a nice tile pattern for this one. Thanks man! I love a good water effect!
