To Shave or Not To Shave

This is geared more towards women, but I think over the past several years men are also held to "beauty" standards that might not serve. What do you think?

2024-12-08 15:14:59 +0000 UTCI do. And I also keep the underarm deodorant industry afloat with the amount of Lynx (I believe you call it Ax in the States) spray that I purchase. Because I am told that I need to smell nice for the ladies but also that I need to have the right amount of body hair to be seen as masculine, and thus desirable.

It is an interesting experiment to force a little uncomfortableness by going against the standard. You see how much you care what others think. I care but am working all the time to be ok with me as I amπ₯°

Visible female body hair is like cleavage, only less ubiquitous and socially accepted, which is probably why it's such a turn on for me :) It's amazing how us Americans can, at the very least, "tolerate" stomach/navel, leg and armpit hair in both sexes. Yet, public acceptance of pubic hair hinges on the type of underwear/swimsuit one chooses to wear. If IG and YT provide any basis for the changing standards, it seems we're moving in the right direction. Ultimately it's still a matter of personal preference, just like a man's facial hair.

Beauty "standards" can be very subjective, but I believe people should love and be comfortable with themselves more for who the are internally, not just external beauty. That being said IMHO, I find long hair most attractive, with shaved legs getting a vote. A trimmed bush in the land down under is also beautiful. Armpits and other areas, are not an issue either way.

I practice natural myself, and as a practicing nudits/ naturist I get strange looks but I don't care. I'm not here to satisfy everyone else and there opinions!
