One time I tried the corpse pose and it felt like I was in a state of bliss. I don't know why I stopped doing restorative yoga so many years ago but I think I should get back into it because it's such a great way to reduce stress and build mindfulness.

I've tried a bit of restorative yoga years ago and it was refreshing especially for my lower back. We used pillows instead of yoga blocks for props.
